Gogo does not belive in risks with COVID
We booked a charter on very short notice to transport volleyball teams from Oregon to Idaho. Within 48 hours, we had a break out of COVID, so were not allowed to travel. Gogo would not refund our money at all. We were refunded by the hotels and the tournament, but only Gogo refused to refund. They had not even assigned drivers, because we had no names for the rooms we were buying for the drivers - so I have no idea what their loss truly was. Very disappointing service, and I would not recommend
