The staff did not have their things together. There were times, they would start talking to me about paperwork, once I said I was confused, they informed me they were talking about someone else's loan. I would be promised phone calls, and wouldn't hear from anyone for days. I was told to stop calling because I was "frustrating" when all I was looking for was a question to finally be answered. The people I spoke to were disorganized, confused, and not professional at all. It was my first time buying a home and because of my experience, I never want to do this again.
