Zero customer service
Update.. new boxes have finally turned up which is great. Delay in contact caused by 'servers being down'. From the amount of reviews that I've seen where people cannot get a response over long periods of time, I'm not sure I believe that. I just count myself lucky but won't risk any more orders. Initial order of boxes arrived but two were broken. I was told I would be sent replacements. Nothing has arrived with no further contact. Tried contacting on numerous occasions by phone, email and messenger with no luck. Zero customer service. Spend your money elsewhere.
