I don't even want to give it 1 star!!! Ordered 2 items on the 1st November, a pair of boots and a sweater. I paid through PayPal. It is now the 28th of November and I'm still waiting for my goods. I've been emailing them now for more than 2 weeks and I was only told last week that only 1 of my items has been shipped because the other one was out of stock! I clearly wouldn't have found that out if I hadn't asked where my goods are!!!! Today I received an email telling me to collect my item from the post office....why would I do that when I asked for it to be delivered to my home address and I haven't received a card through my letterbox telling me to collect it from the postal depot!!! Ive asked for a full refund and the woman called Amelia who is emailing me keeps telling me to close this case down and then I'll receive a refund....I DON'T THINK SO, because I'll probably be told that I've never put an order in. I'll keep you updated if this matter ever gets resolved!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SITE
