I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing. I bought these as they promised to stay in your ears, and they do, which is the only reason they are getting 2 stars and not 1. They don't hold a charge, they turn off intermittently, and you can't press on them to answer calls or turn the music on or off. Like all the others, they have not responded to my emails. I think they need to be featured in the next series of Watchdog
