Our experience with Smith Thompson Home Security
We are very happy to join Smith Thompson Home Security. My brother has been telling us about his long-term experience with them, and the monthly rate charge is so much less than what we have been paying Brinks Home Security for the last 30 years for the same service we now have with Smith Thompson. Their customer service person (Brittany) with whom I spoke was very friendly and helpful, and the service technician (Sean S.) was most helpful and friendly as well.
