Have some patience, really good end product.
So, they did take a little while to get delivered. Ordered on the 10th June, delivered on the 29th June. This was due to the gemstone I had ordered was still being produced in the lab. Annoying because in a world of next-day delivery, I have zero patience left in me, but understandable because sometimes things just need time to be crafted. After reaching out from not hearing much, Mata was very responsive and a great help, and reassured me of the current status of my purchase. Cannot complain about the customer service, and the final product looks amazing. Nice size, clarity and it really pops. Bought both YAG Fluorescent and Lab-Grown Alexandrite, and both look amazing. Very happy.
