Do not buy - best to look elsewhere! I purchased a NIU KQi Pro 2 and wish I hadn't. It does not!! reach the advertised speeds, the breaks are highly inconsistent but worst of all is the customer support. Their main goal is to have you turn in circles until you give up without providing any actual support. Ultimately having at least adequate customer service is a must-have.
