Good food, Fantastic customer service (just a terrible branch to mar the experience!)
Needless to say, their bak kwa is great! Really appreciated the individual vacuum packed slices. We also had the chance to try some of their sauces and were pleasantly surprised! Definitely will try their Goh may range next. To be honest, the original experience of purchasing online from ordering to collecting at the branch near me was terrible. Calling the branch was also a futile effort. At that time, I reached out through their Shopee store and chat, and not only received the help I needed, but had incredible and quick response from Chris, who not only went to the outlet to check on the incidents (yes more than one) but personally came to deliver a bag full of goodies by way of apology the very next day. He was gracious in admitting mistakes and addressed what was being done to correct it. This is customer service at its best! My family is a decades-old loyal customer and it was heartening to see that the care towards customers was there.
