we ordered a brass pendulum lamp for the porch, it took 5 weeks to arrive and when we unwrapped the box the glass was broken and the electric wires were all exposed. we then tried to return the lamp and battled with their AI email system for weeks, we finally gave in and accepted a 25% refund, which never arrived, and for us to keep the lamp, £350 lost. This company is Chinese and a bloody shambles, I strongly advise you not to buy from this company, this is the worst experience I have had buying on line.
