I love this product. I use u relax and u sleep. depending on the time. It has helped me relax and cut way back on alcohol. I like the very berry flavor on ice and sometimes with just water or added seltzer. I tell others about it. You have to try it yourself and see if it meets your needs. If your trying to stop alcohol with some help, it works. Try it.
