Shockingly disappointed in their website sign up process and horrible chat/service request process. I was so excited to start a subscription but they've ruined it. Their horrific marketing strategy is aggressive. Despite the tasty meal options I would never use such an intolerably aggressive company. Don't be fooled by them, they are definitely selling information and using the survey questions to profile and sell. They also make it so hard to cancel your subscription and close out service request before they're processed, its a very shady company. Any company that makes it hard to get help or close an account tend not to be forthright. They respond to reviews in hours but they can't make a functional website that is ethical.
