The worst bank
The worst bank. I never had a worse experience than with this bank. I can't log in online banking anymore since 3 months, because they did not send me physical token as they promised, changed password nor updated phone number. No response to 4 registered letters I wrote from overseas, no email, no nothing. They don't have any respect for customer request. I think, the money you have in the account is their money. The treat you like sh.... t. I think, I have to close my accounts. This bank is a pain in the b.....
