SCAM SCAM SCAM!!
SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! If I could give zero stars I would! Sent goods to me with wrong address on the order (their mess up) …contacted customer services who were trying to tell me to contact the courier (courier informed that it is the responsibility of the sender to change recipient address) after multiple failed attempts and fake tracking numbers from Paul rich, I decided to dispute the transaction with my bank, Paul rich all of a sudden came up with the real tracking number which showed the item being sent back to them, they then had the audacity to dispute my claims as if I was at fault and are blocking me from receiving my refund through my bank even though they have received the goods they sent back. Avoid this company like the plague, literally the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, zero honesty or integrity, SCAM.
