Excellent and responsive customer support
I had a very good experience with Ruko’s customer service. The support team was very reactive, professional, and quick to help me with my issue. They answered my questions clearly and offered a replacement drone very fast. I really appreciate their kindness, patience, and the help they provided throughout the process. I have not received the replacement drone yet, but the shipment is already in progress and I can see that it should arrive in the next few days. Thank you again to the whole Ruko support team for your excellent after-sales service and support. It’s reassuring to deal with a company that truly cares about its customers.
