Alibaba is not very user friendly…
Alibaba is not very user friendly website. It is very hard to navigate around when you are ordering from many vendors. For example amazon is really easy to track all your orders and their status. Alibaba can do better job in improving their customer experience. I order a lot and having very hard time.
