The new 12v 314Ah smart mini batteries seem to have a consistent problem with the BMS system. Well documented by numerous individuals now. My customer service experience has been horrible. Days between email responses, The one contact number is never answered. When they do respond to an email, I'm pretty sure they are using an English to mandarin back to English translation program. Something is lost in translation or they just dont care. Responses to questions or information sent are poor or incoherent. Instead of replacing or refunding their product malfunctioning battery, they keep asking for another test and proof of the results. Stall and delay. No way to speak with a rep. I can imagine why with customer service like this, and so many customer with the same issue. I suspect nobody on staff speaks English. I'll never buy from a non U.S. based company again.
