Professionalism is lacking
I was doing the process of sending in a ring and necklace to sell. The ring had been resized and no longer contained the 14k mark. This they refused to ship it to them for free and devalued it considerably. I offered to prove live on camera with a gold test that the ring is 14k. I personally purchased this ring over 20 years ago. And I personally resized it. The ring has never left my possession. I am offended that they will not allow me to prove the value of my item without having to pay for shipping and accept that they think my white gold ring is tarnished silver!
