SUBSTANDARD POOR SERVICE - HIGH PRICES -
I used MaidPro for the first and last time! The cleaning crew sent could only clean the top floor, if you want to say so; and they didn't get to the downstairs. The toilet bowls only had ajax in the water but were not scrubbed. The outside of the tubs were not cleaned. The wooden floors were vacuumed but not mop. This was the most substandard service that I had to pay for. When I contacted the company with my complaint, no answer, no reparation! And, after they left and I paid, I had to clean my bathrooms and mop my floors! I will, however, make a complaint against them for fraud with the Better Business Bureau. Don't waste your money and time on this company!
