Amazing Knives & Customer Service
Having never ordered from Northern Knife before I was very excited to recieve my knives and sharpener........ my problem was our local postal service!! Mary at the customer services team literaly held my hand (virtually) and was amazing with how she communicated and dealt with all my anxiety with "ordering on-line". My knives have subsequently arrived and the sit in pride of place in our newly fitted kitchen and not only look great, we have a Sunday Roast last week when they worked amazingly well :-) and were talked about as much as our new kitchen was :-) Thank you Mary & Horthern Knife
