RAT INFESTATION - DO NOT RENT HERE!
RAT INFESTATION - DO NOT RENT HERE! I left my things in a pod for 1.5 years. They returned it to me 5 hours late and the unit was full of rat poo. As I dug deeper, every single box had rat nests and rat poo and urine on everything! Everything was ruined. My couch, bed, all of my clothes, all of my dishes and pots and pans were covered in rat urine and droppings. My clothes had been eaten and turned into nests. Everything gone!! Then I file an insurance claim with the insurance they offered. But they failed to point out that the rat infestation which other customers have complained about is NOT COVERED WITH INSURANCE! There is a maximum coverage of $750. So I lost over $13,000+ worth of my things (not to mention the things not replaceable) and after jerking me around for 3 MONTHS they offered me $750!! It's insulting! This place is a total scam! They store these pods OUTSIDE, exposed to the elements and rodents. And then exclude water, mold and rodents from the insurance (which are all of the things that can go wrong with your pod). I REPEAT, DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! DON'T DEAL WITH WHAT I AM DEALING WITH. I LOST EVERYTHING I OWN!!!
