Firstly do not be fooled by 'Sydney' in this shop's name. They are based in China. The shoes I ordered took a protracted amount of time to arrive, they were of very poor quality and the wrong size. Multiple attempts to contact Ardor Sydney have been met with absolute silence. Their website's claim of 'response within 24 hours' is completely bogus, and it would also appear that the '30-day money back guarantee' is also fictitious.
