They don't publish negative product reviews - i bought LYZRC XIL 017 verry poor drone with damaged video record and bad communication between transmitter and drone i wanted to return it back, they dont give you adress to return it! Very lengthy complaint process with no results, I definitely don't recommend shopping here, customer satisfaction guarantee means nothing to them. I am currently requesting a chargeback through my bank, there is no other option.
