Never received order, company refuses to provide phone number
Beware! We placed an order a month ago and still have not received the order. This very much appears to be a scam. There is just endless email traffic with requests to be patient yet they refuse to provide a phone number to call and speak with an actual person. We plan to dispute the charge and now are left scrambling for replacement items for Christmas. Update: in responses here, the company acts like they will take responsibility, but they do not. The company refuses to provide any phone number after multiple requests to speak to a manager, they refuse anything more than a "partial refund" and some customers are only offered coupons to buy more items. Again, beware that you may never receive your merchandise and their marketing tactics are not transparent about shipping times and quality (read these reviews!).
