I have not received my order yet
I have not received my order yet. It's been about 9 hours or so. I was notified that I would receive an email when the transaction was completed but have not received any communication beyond a receipt. Order number: 20210318185247597901 Edit 1: spoke to customer service through chat. Confirmed my purchase. Stated it'd be 10 hours more minimally. Didn't seem to think 19+ hours was unreasonable. Edit 2: I received my order pretty close to what the rep said. Id say 21-22 hours or so after ordering, which wasn't how it was advertised, though the email/communication piece was much more empathetic. Ultimately I felt a little bit tricked by the timeline but I did indeed get what I ordered. Atleast this place doesn't seem to ask for absurd things like your driver's license or other overt attempts at identity theft.
