Customer service needs help
I really had high hopes for this company. I ordered Littman Cardiology 4 on 1/6/20, I've received an email that they are delayed. and each time I email for an update, the date for potential delivery is pushed off. I understand that times are different, but customer service should not have changed. keep your customers updated and don't put the products back online if they are amongst those that are supposedly back-ordered. I've waited this long, I'll wait a little more, but unfortunately I wont be a returning customer.
