Cheap, confusing and dissapointing
JJs house is a very strange website. I was hesitant to order as they are based in Hong Kong, the English on the site is terrible and the Trust Pilot reviews were poor and I am afrai I was right to be doubtful. The quality of the two dresses I ordered was extremely poor. Scratchy material, exposed zips and very small in size. Buying a wedding dress from home, alone in a pandemic is hard enough let alone navigating their confusing system when it came to returning the items. They make you wait at least 24hrs to get a return form before they offer you the item for half price rather than giving a postal form for a full refund. Once you opt out it will be another wait for the paid for return form. JJs is cheap, fast fashion which is based in Hong Kong and China and I doubt the legitimatcy of the business and my buying experience left a sour taste in my mouth.
