I would've given them 0 stars if possible. Who doesn't update until the last minute? No notification, no update, no call. Why? "oh because we deliver only in the night when you're asleep". One of my packages form UK got failed to deliver twice. Since they have already tried to deliver, they have now told me to contact the company I ordered it from. Their reasoning behind my failed deliveries: "delivery failed due to an unknown reason"? How hard is it for you to get an address right in Sweden?
