I booked flights by AirAsia with Tara…
I booked flights by AirAsia with Tara Riverside Bangkok its separate booking not Flight+Hotel. Its Non-Refundable and I am fully understood BUT AirAsia change the flight from DIRECT from Jakarta to Bangkok instead they 'add' a stop over in KL for 2 hours also on the way back and its mess up my following connections etc so I asked Traveloka as they are a big company if they can 'pull some string' to get my hotel's booking cancelled so I can then reject AirAsia's new scheduling. At the end Traveloka said hotel refuses. Sometime I even wonder if Traveloka even tried. And the Bangkok booking were like 2 months from the last 2 weeks, meaning its not even last minute cancellation, as an ex-hotelier, we do accept non-cancelation DUE to its all connected with the flights changes by the airline are all connected. So we are very dissapointed. Time to go across Tiket.com or Trip.com. Goodbye Traveloka.

As a long time customer I was okay BUT…
As a long time customer I was okay BUT the latest bookings I made (not a hotel+flights) that were changed by AirAsia (I bought the tickets thru Traveloka AND also the non-refundable hotel Bangkok from Traveloka). The flights first was a direct flight both way that were changed with a 2 hours 15 minutes stop over in Kuala Lumpur which completely mess up my others flight and I asked Traveloka hoping the Tara Riverside Hotel which is their 'partner' hotel could and would refund my bookings and at the end of the day Traveloka said they have contacted Tara Riverside and they refused to refund it.
With their simple answer: Its non-refundable, I am not dumb I know that its non refundable BUT I was hoping they were more understanding since MY FLIGHTS WERE CHANGED and I hope Tara Riverside would understand that as well AND GIVE AN EXCEPTION especially its another 2 months away (In 17/8 OUT 27/8). I am working at Hyatt and Mandarin and for sure there is a way to overide that subject to my flight changes that were beyond me because it was changed by AirAsia. I guess this is the last time I will deal with Traveloka and Tara Riverside Bangkok.
