Most awful experience ever
Most awful experience ever. We booked a flight and locked in a price and after we submitted payment we were charged OVER DOUBLE. After numerous phone calls and emails we are still waiting over a week later to have the price difference situation fixed. I will also be submitting a report to Better Business Bureau and seeking legal action solely over the principle and the tiring and reoccurring problem of scammers. This is NOT LEGAL!
