Great products but terrible customer…
Great products but terrible customer service, have now been waiting 16 days for them to resolve a missing delivery which was ordered 7 days before that! No one answers the phones or calls back and I wait for days at a time to get a simple email response. Lots of promises of a replacement order but nothing sent or received. I have spent alot of money and am very disappointed and frustrated
