I purchased 3 items but only received two of them. It was difficult to get in touch with customer service, as my email wasn't answered. Finally heard back and did get reimbursed for the item that wasn't received. I think that they just need a more responsive way to communicate. Maybe, a way to communicate by phone may be an additional alternative, in addition to the email, which I believe, many times gets lost in a full mailbox. BUT, I MUST SAY THAT THE PRODUCTS, THEMSELVES ARE Unique, and better than most on the market. They absolutely do the job! I will absolutely continue to purchase from Nassif MD
