Efficient and well-organised travel support in Western China
I engaged Hansong to organise drivers and vehicles for our trip to Gansu and Xinjiang. He was efficient, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the planning process. He provided helpful feedback on the itinerary I designed, particularly around travel times and logistics, which helped make the trip more practical and well-paced. We had three different drivers across the journey, and overall the arrangements were very well organised, with good-quality vehicles and smooth logistics. Hansong was also flexible and accommodating when we wanted to adjust parts of the itinerary along the way. While parts of the broader travel experience were shaped by personal expectations of the destinations, Hansong’s organisation and support were consistently strong throughout. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would consider using Dolphinunion and Hansong’s services again for future travel in China.
