Happy easy go is the worst travel…
Happy easy go is the worst travel agency. We booked 2 tickets of GoAir airlines from Nagpur to pune through Happy easy go in October 2020. Because of unfortunate covid situation, the airlines had to cancel the flight. The refund was processed by the airlines but Happy easy go is unwilling to give us our refund. We have called them several times but everytime we got an answer "we will initiate it". Nobody has initiated the refund yet and it's almost April 2021 now. We then called the airlines and they said they have already refunded the amount to the third party (happy easy go). If this does not get resolved by HEG, we will be forced to go to the consumer court for a strict action against HEG.
