I’ve been wearing my Ardant earrings daily for nearly a year and absolutely love them. They’re beautiful, comfortable, and have become pieces I rarely take off. I recently noticed an issue with the finish on one earring and reached out to Ardant. From the very beginning, their customer service was exceptional. Jessica was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely listened to my concerns. After reviewing the issue, Ardant offered to replace the affected earring, which I already greatly appreciated. When my replacement arrived, I was genuinely surprised to discover that they had sent me an entirely new pair rather than just the single earring I was expecting. It was such a thoughtful gesture and completely exceeded my expectations.
