MAGIC
I had deleted files that I thought I wouldn't require again. The situation changed and I needed them in a hurry. Downloaded the Wondershare Recoverit software which was very quick. Ran the program and recovered the files, MAGIC. I had a slight problem of MY making, because I used more than one Email address in the process of the download and the payment. This was resolved easily and the support was excellent.
