Initially was very impressed with such a wonderful, personal idea of a present. Ordered, paid, received, took a few weeks, as apparently they are hand made, which is wonderful to know. However, my gift of 6 rings for present for daughter, which she loved, after 2 weeks 2 of the gems fell out of 2 of the rings!! Very sad. HOWEVER, LUNA from belovejewel has gone beyond all expectations and has agreed to replacing rings. The updates from Luna have been amazing and muchly appreciated. Thank you Luna.
