Issue with shipment papers
I ordered a gold coin which is investment gold (IPM). When importing IPM into my country, no tax has to be paid. However, FedEx charged me tax as if it was 'normal' gold. They indicated to me that it was based on the shipment papers, and that these papers were not filled in correctly. BullionStar did not correct this with FedEx, so now I had to pay tax over an order that should be tax-free.
