Wow I copied this from another customer and below is the exact same thing they did to me. I finally was refunded thru Paypal see below Having ordered a digital calendar on November 26th I received confirmation of the order and was supplied with a tracking number. As the weeks passed there was no update on the item at all. I contacted the supplier and fair dues they did respond but it was all a load of rubbish saying it was delivered on the 24th December. The item hadn’t been dispatched nor delivered so they were trying to supply another and hoping I’d go down that route. I made the complaint to PayPal and luckily enough they agreed with my case. DO NOT BUY FROM SINXED!
