Wish there was a zero. Absolutely no customer support whatsoever. After dealing with a bot, who of course, cannot answer your question, when you're transferred to a live agent and hold for 40 minutes, he tells you to do cartwheels, and the problem as it your own end with your connectivity to your modem. Then email them, to just wait and wait and wait for an answer. I emailed them about 20 times 3 months ago, to this day, I've not had a reply. Now I have a new issue, have deposited, but site won't let me use my "playable balance". No reply from anyone.
