11 Days small group tour to Shanghai Zhangjiajie XiAn Beijing
Thanks to our travel consultant, Isaac Wei, and 4 tour guides in each city, my husband and I enjoyed this hassle-free trip. Isaac is sincere, helpful & quick to respond, easing our worries about dealing with someone new online. Highly recommended to download Wechat for fast and easy communications in China with Isaac and each city guide. (Can't access Gmail) Especially one of our local flights got delayed at midnight, thanks to Zhangjiajie tour guide Xenia, who followed up with us and knew the situation, grouped us with Isaac and Anna to help us get the latest updates etc & gave us peace of mind that everything is in their care. Xenia is also very knowledgeable about the route and super caring to us, like our kids. We felt relaxed and happy sightseeing with her. Try to avoid visiting Shanghai Yu Garden on Monday as it is closed, but you can hang around the wider Chinatown-type area. Things to improve are to send out details of the hotel, trains, and flights at each city in the itinerary document before the commencement of the trip/before guests depart. Any last-minute changes to inform guests accordingly. Overall, we felt fully taken care of in all the arrangements and would recommend this company to our friends.
