I would have given zero star if there be any possibility. Worst experience and pathetic customer service. I booked 2 tickets from Delhi to Kanpur and I selected the boarding point from Kashmiri gate, I received a phone call from bus provider (intercity) he said that you need to come to anand vihar in order to board the bus, I denied him, I said why would I come to anand vihar when I have select Kashmiri gate as my boarding point, he said that there is no other option and if you want to pick up the bus that's the only option you need to follow, I didn't picked up the bus because of his arrogant tone and tried calling the bus operator customer service where I've been told that I am gonna get refund for the inconvenience, from that time I am trying calling both , the bus provider and the red bus but there is no resolution. Don't travel through red bus.
