ZERO communication.
I ordered a record player stand. I had travel plans and timed this so that it would arrive before I left. I started to attempt watching for tracking information, which they claimed would be available. When I could not find any, and they wouldn't respond to my communication, I attempted to cancel. They would not answer emails, the chat or text system on their website, or answer the phone that was listed, on their website. Zero communication. They required I install the Shopify App on my phone for updates. No updates. Zero. Ultimately, the product arrived on the day they said it would, but I had no information. It just showed up. I had changed my travel plans, since I didn't want it sitting outside. Will not do business again with this company. Lastly, they had good reviews on their website. I wrote one there, but it never appeared. As of today, the website is down. Shady to say the least.
