Lessons are only for A level students
At the start, there is a test to determine your level and get the right study plan but this was pointless as I still started with the beginner level. I'm level B1 in Spanish. Anyway, I quickly completed the lessons and unlock the next set of lessons, however by the time I finished levels A1 and A2, I was stuck in a loop and cannot see any more lessons to do. I asked Customer Support several times to help me unlock the next level of lessons as I paid premium subscription and therefore should have access, but all they keep saying is to re-install the app and get the latest version. I have done what they suggested but it has not solved my problem. I've contacted Customer Support again but no reply. EWA app is marketed as a language app that will help beginners to advanced learners. But no, it only has some lessons for beginners. So, it is a lie. I find the app full of bugs. I agree with the reviews here in that the pronunciation of some words are wrong and some of the translations are wrong, like the word 'tos.' I read the Pride and Prejudice book in Spanish and at the start, it was good, but towards the last pages, it had wrong translations and ended abruptly. Another bug is the 'Words Learned', which is supposed to count the words as you add words you have learned so far, but this shows as zero all the time. I reported it and Customer Support said that it is a known bug. It seems like no bugs are getting fixed either.
