I am a super fan...
I love the product and the super cool features of the modules. I had an issue that was causing a conflict in one of my Divi sites and when I didn't get an answer from their support that satisfied me, let them know that. Within a few hours I received an email from the founder Ken Ng - who personally addressed the issue and came up with a solution that worked. As a lifetime member, I use Divi Supreme on almost all of my new builds and It's this kind of stellar customer service and support that demonstrated they are committed to the needs of all of us Divi Developers that rely on their plug-in to work as expected.
