I called to cancel an order with 2 hours of placing it. Stephanie at BLT informed me that I could not cancel because the order had already been sent to the warehouse. 2 days later it was shipped. I find it very aggravating that the order went directly to the warehouse but it took the warehouse two days to ship it ?? Why can't Stephanie call the warehouse and cancel it? Useless. I cannot use it and if I return it, I will be charged to 15% restock fee.
