A roller coaster experience
They’re a Chinese supplier (not jap) that have really bad customer service. I bought a pair and despite measuring they were a bit too small, the company said I had to pay a handling and shipping fee of $65 aus which is ridiculous so I sold them online instead. I reordered and the shoes fit better in length but then feet so wide and the quality is completely different, the split toe is soooo split it looks like all the cheaper brands you see duping them. Plus after a couple of wear it deteriorates in appearance so quickly. I wonder why they smell so chemical too not like that nice leather smell. Such a waste of money I don’t recommend. Please save yourself the $280 . UPDATED REVIEW I emailed the company as the second pair I bought were opening so much at the split it looked terrible. To my surprise they offered to send a new pair as they shouldn’t gape so much. I had to provide proof of donating the shoes or destroying them (I donated) and they sent a new pair over. This was the first time I was actually pleased with my experience. The new shoes are better and hopefully it doesn’t split open. I probably won’t buy from them again as the cost and shipping and return processes are too complicated and not pleasant. The only thing I wonder is if I were a big influencer would they have made the process so hard? Hm.
