Credit where it is due...
I see a LOT of bad reviews here. To be fair to them, I can tell you the following... I wanted to cancel an order a few hours after I had made it, as it turns out what I was ordering isn't quite what I was after. I fully expected to be give the runaround or excuses made and I thought I would get nowhere when initially I was talking to a bot. But, I was quickly referred to a human (I think) and my order was cancelled before it had finished processing according to my time line. So, I for one have no complaints. I will be keeping an eye on my payment however for the next few days to see what happens!
