Unethical Business Practices
The company started off with friendly customer service but after plenty of delays and issues with orders their customer service started becoming slower and slower. We stopped working with the company and uninstalled their plugin from our shopping site. After uninstalling it, we noticed after that their software "accidently" let wehooks in our woocommerce site which would had collected all order and client information, sending everything back to Yoycol. This information would be sent regardless if a yoycol product was ordered or not. Although very unethical, it is not illegal because it is the user's responsibility to check for their negligences. So what this means to users? 1) Yoycol will collect all your order and client information regardless if the client buys their product or not. 2) Yoycol will continue to harvest your order and client data without alerting you of the security breach. 3) You are legally responsible and can be sued by every client for breach of user privacy and data. This is a serious ethical violation on the part of Yoycol to do this to their current and ex-clients. If they are willing to do this level of unethical business practice, what else are they willing to do?
