Fraudulent
I made an order on August 14 for in game gold. It's now August 19 and they haven't send the gold, acknowledged my order, or responded to several emails asking for an update on the order. I've had to contact my back to report that the transaction made for the gold is fraudulent. Update on 08/20. They refunded my $83. I was still frustrated why no one was able to contact me or respond to my messages for nearly a week.
